Before this chapter, I spent 25 years as a hair stylist, mastering the art of natural beauty and authenticity. I’m also a trauma-informed peer support facilitator, Director of a queer nonprofit for artists & entrepreneurs, neurodivergence advocate, and co-founder of an artist management company. Additionally, I volunteer as a community tenant advocate helping folks sustain safe and secure housing in NYC.

Formally, I hold a B.A. in Marketing, am a licensed cosmetologist, master colorist & designer, yoga and meditation teacher, energy healer & certified life coach. I’ve trained in interior design, personal organization, and graphic design, computer science and I specialize in interpersonal communication and building relationships.

My vibe draws on Buddhist principles, psychology, Internal Family Systems therapy, DBT, yoga, meditation, energy work, and the art of human connection. I believe recovery isn’t just possible — it’s a birthright. The process is an act of reclamation: of your truth, your power - your joy.

I was raised by wolves — which is to say, my life demanded resilience, intuition, and adaptability from the start. That wildness made me sharp and powerful. I am softened by plants & herbs, rainbows, coffee, cooking, cats, the ocean, witchery, and the art of loving and being loved.
