CPTSD can create overwhelming life experiences, but healing is possible with the right support. This group project offers a safe, supportive space to navigate emotions, reclaim control, and overcome the fears of stigma, judgment, and rejection often felt when trying to maintain "normalcy."

Why Michelle?
Having walked through the dumpster fire myself, my approach to recovery is informed by my personal experiences with survivor therapy, support groups, yoga & meditation, herbalism, recovery, DBT, IFC training and spiritual practices. I've done it all, baby - and I still do it. I have to in order to survive.
These tools have helped Little Shelly (me, hehe) to justice from a life of an unstable, neglectful, and abusive childhood home.
