I created this because the process of rebuilding our brains after trauma (and often living years or decades with this trauma brain) is extremely complex... and hard af.

 

It requires strength and consistency while also demanding grace and a fuck-ton of rest.

Peer-led Recovery groups

We create a soft, safe space to escape the chaos of society, reconnect with who we truly are, and nurture the safety needed for healing. We work through past traumas together while learning & integrating new strategies for becoming different.

Why Michelle?

Having walked through the dumpster fire myself, my approach to recovery is informed by my personal experiences with survivor therapy, support groups, yoga & meditation, herbalism, recovery, DBT, IFC training and spiritual practices. I've done it all, baby - and I still do it. I have to in order to survive.

 

These tools have helped Little Shelly (me, hehe) to justice from a life of an unstable, neglectful, and abusive childhood home.
