conscious development | be you, i'll help

Consider how your history with trauma may be impacting your inner balance. This isn't just about your personal journey; it also affects how you relate to others and can create an unhealthy reliance on your vices.
If you're seeking a deeper connection beyond material pursuits, there's this beautiful path to healing, embracing community, and collaborating with kindred spirits on a holistic level with the help of the CRAFT Method.

What is the CRAFT Method?
practical, neurodivergent-friendly, trauma-conscious
-
Clarity - Resolve Conflict & obtain internal & external peace
-
Repair - Rebuild self-esteem & claim worth
-
Anchor - Build deep rooted systems to support & ground
-
Face - Replace negative conditioning with positive beliefs
-
Trust - Surrender, trust the process & honor it's power
I created this method to merely frame a process that has existed for years about the process of rebuilding our brains after trauma (and often living years or decades with this trauma brain) which is extremely complex work... and hard af. It requires strength and consistancy while also demanding grace and a fuck-ton of rest.
Why Michelle?
Having walked through the dumpster fire myself, my approach to recovery is informed by my personal experiences with survivor therapy, support groups, yoga & meditation, herbalism, recovery, DBT, IFC training and spiritual practices. I've done it all, baby - and I still do it. I have to in order to survive.
These tools have helped Little Shelly (me, hehe) to justice from a life of an unstable, neglectful, and abusive childhood home.
Join me in recovery for CPTSD and continue living with a calmer, more centered existence.
Do you have a group of no more than 5 folks who need this group? Do you want to join a group currently going on? hit me up!
