my client [and friend] Bridget sent me an article that articulates what i drone on and on about regarding the principles of hair in an alternative way that i think everyone will understand.
when i talk about it, i mostly am teaching little snippets using examples. i have to do that over a period of time to give said-human time to experience, make connections and to integrate it into their knowing as a principle and then they can set it and forget it [like Ron Popeil heh heh] and go on living a life with hardly any effort towards human body maintenance.

it's an easy read filled with easy explanations and the information is so valuable. If you have wavy, curly, kinky or even straight hair, this article will help you understand a way to live a more natural way just by using the principles explained. if you think you've got ultra special hair and these principles don't apply to you, you're likely wrong. in my experience, most folks just need moisture and a better routine for their hair type and texture which could require going to a specialist [like me] to learn new habits and help with practicing the principles. for folks who DO have something special going on [thyroid issues, alopecia, psoriasis, etc] these principles still apply but there are more factors. you likely have to treat your hair a little differently but trust me... start here either way.
